Aerial robotics is not a new invention like this tiny fly robot but their usage was mostly limited to governmental organizations for military and intelligence purposes. Aeyron Scout is a commercial product which aims the media and security companies, police departments.
It would be logical to send the flying camera to a crime suspected place before sending a policeman. Or better for paparazzi tvs, they could record a nude Meg Ryan from her home window easily using this gadget. Is there a fire in the forest? Before endangering the life of firemen, it would be wiser to look over the situation cost effectively by remote controlled flying gadget. Applications are only limited to imagination.
